Every colour on these canvases is ground by hand from organic, natural pigments — earth, mineral, and plant — in the tradition of the old medieval masters. Nothing is synthetic, and nothing is hurried; a single painting can take many months to finish, built up slowly, layer upon patient layer.

Each piece is painted entirely in hand-ground natural pigments — the slow way, over many months.
